Butt Burnin' Barbeque Ribs

 
 
Serves 4
 
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour
Marinade Time: 4 hours
 
1 - 1½ kg. Pork Ribs
1 onion, minced
4 tablespoons Dark Molasses
4 tablespoons Honey
200 ml. Tomato Ketchup
6 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tablespoon French Mustard
2 tablespoon Bayou Butt Burner
 
Combine marinade ingredients not forgetting the essential Bayou Butt Burner, mix well, and pour over ribs. Marinate for 4 hours.
 
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Cover ribs and cook for 30 minutes. The ribs are now part cooked. To finish in the oven, lower temperature to 165°C/325°F, and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes. Alternatively, finish off on the barbeque for that distinctive rib style, 30 minutes on a medium hot grill should do the trick.
